Catering Options
As a general guide, the average charge for hors d'oeuvres and a three course meal with coffee is $70.00 to $80.00 per head inclusive of GST. It is suggested that an allowance of $25.00 per head be budgeted for wine, beer and spirits.
Meals for photographers and musicians are charged at $25 per head inclusive of GST.
Prior to the function date the food is to be paid for in full and the balance of the account is to be settled at the conclusion of the function.
